Meaghan Hurley has been studying voice since the age of 12. Growing up in Cumberland , Rhode Island , she participated in community choruses as well as the Rhode Island All-State chorus throughout her junior high and high school career. She received her Bachelor's of Music in music education with a vocal emphasis from the Hartt School of Music in West Hartford , Connecticut . At the Hartt school she had the opportunity to study under many great music educators as well as vocal instructors.

Meaghan is a classically trained singer with experience singing in all styles and genres. She has taught music to students ages pre-kindergarten through high school with most of her experience coming from 3 years spent as a middle school chorus director in East Windsor , Connecticut .

Meaghan is very excited to be teaching at the Clavier-Werke school of music so that she may bring her love of all types and styles of music and singing to her students there.
